This programme includes:

• 2 hour RTT® / Clinical Hypnotherapy session
• Personalised hypnosis recording
• Unlimited support messaging
• 30 minute follow-up after 1 week
• 60 minute integration session after 21 days

This programme has developed naturally through my work with clients who were looking for more than just one-off sessions.
It brings together the approaches I’ve found to be most effective in supporting deeper, lasting change.
Based over 6 weeks this programme includes:
• 1 x RTT / hypnotherapy session
• 3–4 coaching sessions
• personalised hypnosis recording
• ongoing message support
