As an RTT® therapist, my services are tailored to meet your needs and requirements.
How We Work Together
Discovery Call
We will start with an initial conversation to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through RTT®.
RTT® Session
During the session, I will guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis, where we will explore the root causes of your challenges, we will identify limiting beliefs, reframe them and then transform them into positive and supportive beliefs that you choose to hold about yourself.
Transformational recording
After the RTT® session, I will provide you will a personalised transformational recording, this is designed to aid neuroplasticity, continuing the process of hard wiring your new beliefs into your internal system.
Ongoing Support
During your 21 day I will provide continuous support via WhatsApp® for you to ask questions, or share learnings.
It is important to me that you feel 100% supported as you go through your self-development journey with me.
21-Day review
We discuss your progress since the RTT® session, reviewing learnings, new behaviours and beliefs.
This is also where we will discuss any ongoing support to help you integrate more desired changes into your daily life.
