How We Work Together

Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into a deeply relaxed state, where your mind becomes more open and receptive.

In this state, we are able to access the subconscious, the part of the mind where many of our beliefs, patterns and emotional responses are stored.

This allows us to begin gently reshaping the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process.

My work is trauma-informed, which means we move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

There is no pressure to revisit anything you are not ready for.

I also integrate somatic awareness into sessions, supporting you to gently connect with how emotions are experienced in the body, not just the mind.

This can help create a deeper sense of safety and lasting change.
