My coaching sessions offer a supportive and personalised space for you to explore what may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure, and to begin moving forward in a way that feels right for you.
While we may look at goals and the changes you’d like to make in your life, this work goes deeper than traditional coaching.
Together, we gently explore the thoughts, emotions and patterns that may be influencing how you feel and respond

Understanding What’s Beneath the Surface
We take time to explore what’s really going on for you, not just what you want to change, but what may be sitting underneath it.
This could include patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, emotional triggers or past experiences that still feel present.
A Trauma-Informed & Somatic Approach
My work is trauma-informed, which means we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
We may also bring in gentle awareness of the body (somatic work), helping you to better understand and respond to how emotions show up physically, not just mentally.
Integrating Brainspotting
Where appropriate, I may incorporate Brainspotting into our sessions.
This is a gentle yet powerful approach that works with the brain and body to process and release emotional blocks, often without the need to talk through everything in detail.

Alongside this deeper work, I’ll support you with clarity, reflection and practical steps so you can begin to move forward with more confidence, self-trust and understanding.
